Our standard

We build and maintain this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That standard covers color contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives for images, form labels, and pages that reflow without sideways scrolling when you zoom in.

How we check

We test the site with automated accessibility checks covering color contrast, keyboard focus, zoom and reflow, and reduced-motion settings, and we fix what they find. Automated checks do not catch every barrier, which is why we want to hear from you.

Content from other services

Some features on this site come from outside services, such as maps. We do not control the code inside those tools. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete the same task another way.

Tell us what is not working

If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. We will get back to you and help you get it done another way while we fix the problem.
